CONSELL I

In Consell, a town shaped by its vineyards, we undertook the modification of an existing project and assumed the construction management of a detached house on rural land.

The home is organized around a central courtyard, opening onto the magnificent views of the Serra de Tramuntana.



Its volume, defined by pitched roofs, reflects the traditional Mallorcan typology, while the façade composition and large openings bring a contemporary character, balancing tradition and modernity in a single architectural gesture.

The project is currently under construction.
