In Ses Salines, in the heart of Mallorca’s rural landscape, this project transforms an old ruin into a home conceived as a true retreat.

The design breathes new life into what already exists, preserving the character and texture that time has etched into its walls, while combining them with the light, spatial clarity, and comfort of contemporary architecture.



The result is a home that creates a quiet dialogue between history and the present, where the ruin becomes a habitable place full of meaning.
